The Sevens Stadium is located along Al Ain Road (E66), approximately 25 minutes from Downtown Dubai and around 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport. Follow the signs for The Sevens Stadium via E66, where dedicated event parking will be available.

The Sevens Stadium is not directly served by the Dubai Metro. The nearest Metro station is Centrepoint (formerly Rashidiya) Metro Station on the Red Line. From there, visitors can take a taxi or ride-hailing service to the venue, with the journey taking approximately 15–20 minutes.
